Rooms are kept until 18:30 after which it will be resold and your card will be charged.The guest house does not have a large car park so you may need to park on a side road.It is expected that the cottage will be left clean and tidy otherwise a GBP 20 service charge will be applied.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tides Reach The host Metin was friendly and attentive.The room (FallsBay) was beautifully decorated and there was great attention to detail. Very useful to have a fridge to keep drinks cold! We enjoyed relaxing in the sitting area to enjoy to view. Great choice of breakfast. Hope to visit again when returning to Mumbles

The location was perfect for what we wanted. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for the night. After being out all day I was cold when we got back so I text Metin and asked him to put the heating on a little higher and he did so immediately. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room along with a little chocolate on our pillows which was a lovely touch. Shower was lovely and the WiFi was quick. Metin is a great guy and super friendly. Breakfast did not disappoint and was the perfect fuel for the day ahead. Can’t fault the stay at all, will definitely recommend and be back 😊

Great location, we had room 6 with sea views. Clean and modern - bathroom recently refurbed. Metin very welcoming and couldn’t have done more to improve our stay. With a daughter at Swansea Uni, we will definitely be back to visit / stay. Thank you!
