Everything was simply perfect. The location is very central so close to all the attractions, but the hotel is placed in a big park so it feels really relaxing, and I had some beautiful morning hikes. The service was exceptional, breakfast varied and tasty with great products. The hotel itself is spotless and well maintained. I received a free room upgrade, for which I am extra grateful! The room was wonderful with enormously big and comfy bed, good size and facilities, I appreciated a separate shower and bathtub, and a minibar. The highlight of course is their spa center, very clean, modern, great swimming pool, awesome outside chillout area. The gym had all the necessary equipment, and having a free personal trainer was a big plus. Thank you so much, I had a wonderful time!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good and room was spacious and well planned. We were upgraded as “booking of the day” which I thought would just be a slightly more spacious room but it was so much more. Fizz, chocolates and fresh macarons along with a beautiful room. I would definitely recommend.

The staff are helpful and attentive. Location is good, meaning it is possible to walk to centre and to the beach. Nice spa and decent gym.

Breakfast was wonderful the only thing is if u stay a long time having the same thing every day then it’s boring else every thing is perfect

We have been upgraded as the guests of the day so very pleased, it has added extra comfort to our stay especially as we have travelled with 2 dogs.

One of the best hotels at that price) We got a room upgrade from the hotel) The room was very cozy, with a comfortable bed and quite a big bathroom. Also it had a balcony with a view to the park. Breakfast was amazing, everyone could find something tasty. The capsule coffee machine in the room was a good bonus.

Firstly, the positive things about this hotel. The location is fantastic! The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Also the staff (especially the lady who took the names of the guests deserves a raise)
