The hotel's location is perfect—just a 15-minute walk from both main stations and only 20 minutes by tram to the beach. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores nearby, making everything very convenient. The interior design is soothing, both in the rooms and the lobby, which has a wonderful communal atmosphere with cozy couches, tables, a library, and free coffee. My room was clean, quiet, and welcoming, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again!

Lovely room with a beautiful bathroom and washing machine which was very useful as I had come across on the ferry and didn’t bring much with me . My dog was well looked after.

The rooms on the upper floors are comfortable and cozy, though they are a bit dim. The rooms on the ground floor are very dim. Our room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The reception staff is very responsive and friendly, they helped us with our issues and questions. It's our second stay at this hotel.

Great location in the city centre, close to shops, restaurants, museums and public transport. The room was clean and the reception staff were very welcoming. We will definitely be back.

The location was excellent, in the middle of the city center making it very easy for someone visiting the city to have access to groceries and having everything in few minutes by walk. The staff was very helpful friendly and polite, available any time you had a question. The rooms were as described, very clean and soundproof making it very pleasant to sleep during the night. Plus the laundry room and free access to the gym (and free coffee and tea).
