Overall this was a great place to stay twice on a road trip to Crater Lake. Room was comfortable, quiet and large and staff helpful, with coffee and cookies in the lobby. "Rock Bottom Thursday" at the Saloon was $10 for a burger, beer and endless fries. Burger and fries were both house made and for a $1 more you could get a craft beer.

A nice place to stay in The Dalles with a fun theme - country-style. Good breakfast and a decent restaurant with enormous portions. The pool was a nice touch - albeit it was a bit cold. A very good place for exploring Columbia Gorge.

Large and beautiful room and plentiful parking. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The restaurant was an experience. It took us three days to eat the cinnamon roll.

The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. It was very convenient and had everything we needed.... fridge, microwave, 2 comfortable beds, clean tub/shower, spacious sink area. It was quiet. We had two meals at the restaurant and the food and staff were outstanding. We were treated like family.

This was good location for us, close to highway and some shops. Room was large unfortunately the coffee machine did not work but that was minor. We had a nice dinner in restaurant, the waitress was great, all the staff in this hotel were very good.
