The staff were extremely helpful and very attentive to our needs. Staff Thuan and Nghi customer services are beyond 5-stars hotel standards. The view from the cafeteria terrace is spectacular.

The staff was so nice and friendly. We were sick during one day of our stay and they went above and beyond to help us find a doctor and organize the transportation to the nearest hospital. We are really grateful for that!

The staff were absolutely fantastic, who went above and beyond. You could not ask for better staff! The view from the private room balcony was beautiful, looking over the valley. Breakfast was also excellent.

Everything! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the place has nice facilities and beautiful views, the food is excellent, they help you book the bus, rent a bike or hire a guide. Everything is perfect!

Really good and attentionate staff. Nice location if you rent a scooter to drive around (required in the area). Good food (a bit expensive for vietnam standard). Really nice view from the restaurant terrace.
