“Disappointing Stay at Impress Resort Phuket – Far from Impressive”

There is absolutely nothing I liked about this resort, and I feel it’s important to point out that this is not a 5-star resort as they claim. Their advertisement on Booking.com is entirely misleading. Upon further investigation, I found on Google Places that this property is officially rated as a 3-star resort. The disparity between their claims and reality is unacceptable and borders on false advertising. Guests deserve transparency, and unfortunately, this resort fails to deliver on even the most basic expectations. I have attached some photos as well.

Nice small resort with big enough rooms. There was a kitchen in the room that was great. Good facilities including restaurant, pool, gym, parking. Many local caffes and restaurants near by so you have choice there to go at evening even if you don't have any vehicle. Very reasonable price for accommodation. Good location if you have a vehicle. Just 10-15 minutes to the beach and 5-7 minutes to center of the area - Boat Avenue. Staff was nice and friendly.
