We have stayed at The Crown a few times now. The staff are always fabulous and go above and beyond. The locals are great, there was a power cut in the village on New Years Eve, but that just made the atmosphere even more enjoyable with the sing alongs via tourch light ha ha. Lovely food (thankyou chef) and a great selection of drinks. Rooms are always spotless. Wonderful little village with a cafe next door, the pub doesn't do breakfast, but we don't mind, as we can choose what time we want to get up. A dog towel and bowl were provided. Very reasonably priced and in a great location.

Comfy rooms, staff very helpful and friendly even tho they had a power cut most of the night. (so did the village) All made the most of the night and continued to entertain the customers.

Great location situated close by to Three Counties showground where we attended Sunday. Clean , comfortabl;e rooms - good facilties. Good selection of food on offer in bar. Dogs welcome.

Friendly staff, comfortable room above a pub inside a charming village. Tea and biscuits in the room, and a big bed.

Nice comfortable bed in a nice room. Food was really good and the staff were excellent - we had an evening meal and Sunday lunch and the food was excellent - very good chef. Also the pub was in a lovely village

The room was clean the sheets and duvet were lush towels bright white and fluffy. The tray of tea and coffee was well presented even had hot chocolate (something you don't always get at other establishments ) the staff were all very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little pub in a pretty village. Comfortable rooms. Good pub food. An excellent cafe for breakfast right next door.
