All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely - clean and fresh. Good bathroom and excellent shower. Good breakfast - again lovely friendly staff.

The accommodation was superb as were the facilities. The staff could not have been more helpful or courteous. it was a lovely place to spend a short break. Breakfast choice was varied and the hot food cooked to perfection. Good choice of evening menu with small starters and desserts if you wanted a three course but didn't want to overeat. Main courses were delicious.

The property was well located and beautifully decorated. It had a clean and calm atmosphere which was relaxing and the food was lovely.

Hotel reception was beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. The spa facilities were perfect for a rainy afternoon to relax in. Plenty of free parking spaces for cars. Location was ideal for roadtrip around Cotswold & to Cheltenham for a night out etc. the breakfast was 10/10.

Room was nicely decorated with a large comfy bed. Breakfast was good with a decent choice. The hotel’s public areas are clean and well maintained. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
