We have stayed with you a few times and the standard of the rooms is consistently excellent. We always enjoy breakfast. The staff are friendly and efficient. Food is hot and they serve great coffee.

The layout of the riverside lodge with your own driveway which is gated and the privacy because of where it is situated. Your literally on the river you have the lake behind. Because of the time of year the christmas lights were the cherry on top absolutely amazing.

It was very clean, perhaps missing a few things like conditioner, patio heater, which we had previously in another room when we stayed, also would have been nice to have some normal coffee, everything was flavoured or hot chocolate. Very small things, we throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again & bring conditioner:)

The room was really nice and comfy, the additional dressing area was a nice touch and actually made getting ready for a party much easier as we weren't on top of each other. Staff very helpful.

The whole property was absolutely gorgeous. They had everything you could, or would need. I woke up on the day I was meant to check out feeling really unwell so the team allowed me to check out later when I felt better. The reception team could not do enough for you.
