Please note that all our group bookings, reservations of more than 5 rooms are a minimum

If you cancel between 4 to 6 motnhs before check in, you pay 70% of the total price
If you cancel between 2 to 4 months before check in, you pay 80% of the total price

If you cancel less than 7 days before check in, you pay 100% of the total priceOur kitchen can only be used if the house is rented exclusively by 1 group and not if a separate room is booked. Of course you can use the microwave and refrigerator downstairs to keep your yogurt cool, for example. There is a bakery 3 km away where you can get fresh bread rolls.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Slaapfabriek is in an interesting and peaceful rural location in Teuge. The Teuge Airport, close by, is for light propeller-driven aircraft. The occasional take off and landing is not intrusive at all and only adds extra interest. There is an interesting American theme to the decor, reflecting the owners' family connections to the US. The hostess, Marjo, was very hospitable and kind. My room was large, very comfortable and spotless. There was a large ensuite bath as well as a shower. The wifi was strong and glitch-free. Breakfast was wholesome and tasty. Slaapfabriek was a great place for me to relax and recharge my batteries after a long road trip from Northern Finland. I would be very happy to stay here next time I am in the Netherlands.

Helpful, friendly staff. Good value comfortable rooms. Food and drink served at reasonable prices. Great overnight stay for early morning flight and only 10 min walk to check in.
