Lovely place, very convenient for the early morning flights, 20 minutes by walk to the airport, a few restaurants nearby. Friendly host, explained in detail how to get to the hotel and to the airport. There’s a drinking water in the room and everything that is needed in the bathroom, including towels. Just take your slippers.

Its an excellent location for early flying just 5min from airport. Taxi cost 20 euro during night transfer. Luca is an excellent host. Was in touch with us permanently, prebooked us the taxi left us water in the room. Everything went smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place.

The landlord is very kind and welcoming. The location is within walking distance of the airport, making it ideal for early morning flights. The room is clean and spacious — overall, an excellent experience.

Excellent location, about 15 mins by walk to airport. There are couple of cafes around. From the Venice also easily accessible with a bus. Luca, host, provided us with a water, croissant and cups, kettle for making a tea. Very basic accomodation in general, but everything worked as should.

Luca was very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed talking to him and how he made me feel comfortable especially as travelling alone. He was genuinely interested and caring.
