I loved everything. The hotel was really nice and friendly. My kids enjoyed it as did my relatives who were travelling with me on the day. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, loving and very helpful. Couple of hotel staff even picked us up from the train station to the hotel and the next day dropped us off to Pompeii - I forgot their names, otherwise would have mentioned it. We've not had any issues. The pool was nice and clean, breakfast was good as well!

Loved the size of the queen suite for our family. The staff could not do enough to help, they were amazing! Cannot fault them. Pool was fab! Access to it until 6pm each day unless an event is on.
