Breakfast was fine. Nothing special but plenty good for complimentary. Toast was a bit cold and soggy each day.

Rooms were simple, minimalistic as expected. An electric kettle in the room would have been much better.

The room was clean and comfortable. the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The value with the breakfast at White spot was a nice bonus and it's central to downtown, so walking distance to the mall and Starbucks at Safeway.

The downtown vibe was nice, away from the strip with all the chain restaurants. The staff were friendly and even though the hotel is a little older in some sections they have kept it up and I found it all great. The Whitespot restaurant provided for predictable quality in food and beverages.

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the train station. There are restaurants nearby as well as a shopping centre.

The staff were incredible. Very friendly. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Great location and convenient to have two restaurants attached
