Everything. Eleanora is a wonderful host. Very helpful especially to us with only a few words of Italian. She genuinely welcomes and enjoys her guests.

The staff were in contact with us prior to our stay to ensure they were prepared for our arrival. Unfortunately we experienced serious car problems on route, however the staff were excellent in keeping in contact and upto date with our situation. Regrettably, we were unable to make our stay but the staff allowed us to have a full refund and we will be staying there again once the situation allows. Customer service was incredible.
