Sr Altino was an excellent host, and Maria da Luz is a very nice and helpful lady. Perfect place to rest nicely and the calm of Terena.

Very clean and traditional hotel. The hosts were phenomenal welcoming us to and gave us really nice recommendations on places to dine and have a drink

Casa Terena is located in the old part of Terena. Our room was very quiet with views over the surrounding countryside. Super comfortable beds and well appointed en suite shower room, plenty of hot water. Excellent, delicious,very generous breakfast. Our host Altino was very cheerful and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 3 nights and wished that we could have stayed much longer. Definitely the place to stay to discover the real Alentejo. Wonderful swimming pool and garden situated about 150m away from the property

Amazing old historical house. Everything was well preserved and maintained. Kids loved the pool, we loved the view and vibe. Despite the super hot weather rooms where nicely kept cool with A/C. Breakfast was great. Hospitality of the host is outstanding.
