Location is great as it is just off the New England Hwy in the centre of town so no traffic noise especially from transports - you have a choice of well organised/clean and modern motel rooms or lovely refurbished rooms in the main hotel (we've stayed in both) - As we were arriving late they suggested we order our dinner over the phone as the kitchen would be closing, so that we had a lovely hot meal on arrival in the bar. Location is great as a very short stroll to the main street and all the facilities.

The newly renovated rooms in the old part of the hotel are exceptional. The hotel itself has a nice ambience, service was excellent, food and drinks, great value.
