The staff were welcoming from the point of arrival right up to when we left. We stayed here in the off season on a very damp evening in Tenby so after a mooch around the town (walking distance from the hotel), we decided to eat in the Links restaurant on site for steak night. This was a mega decision, the food was incredible, setting was perfect and even reasonably priced. The room was very comfortable, we were given a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the course. It was very peaceful and comfy. Breakfast in the morning was also fantastic. The staff really made us feel welcome here, with great recommendations which really made our stay exceptional. Next time we visit the area we will stay again for sure.

First of all and most importantly all of the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was well furnished and smelt lovely and a balcony with views of the golf course. Parking free but log your reg on arrival. Breakfast was great

Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. They arranged an early check in, as we had a memorial to go to, so needed to change after our 4 hour drive. It was really appreciated.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and plenty to eat. Staff were great and service was prompt and very relaxing.

i really enjoyed my stay at the Dunes. It was a last minute choice to go to Tenby but it was a wonderful choice both Tenby itself and the Dunes. |t is a beautiful, modern clean Hotel in an idyllic setting. My room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. I have limited mobility but I had no trouble getting a taxi to the town and back each day-it costs just £4.00 a journey. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful especially Sue and young man with short light coloured hair (could be Rhys) Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was sorry to leave ! It was a lovely relaxing place to stay before I take on a big job in May

Great greeting from front of desk , lots of on site info given :) - im glad there wasn’t a Q&A after 😊 For personal reasons we chose to eat out and explore the beach and Tenby which is a few mins walk away , so nice and close . They allowed us to park our motorbikes close to main building which was good The room was spotless and credit to the Housekeeping Team , who I met and were really professional The breakfast was excellent Overall a really nice place and would like to go back , we are not golfers :) but nice place to stay anyway
