Perfect location. Cheap, clean and cheerful. Had all I needed and the bar had happy hour every night. I was very comfortable in my single room. Option of breakfast. Coffee and tea facilities in room and en suite. Very good value for money.

We booked the clarence hotel for 3 night for the Christmas light switch on but unfortunately was told the hotel was going to be closed on the Sunday so they changed the hotel to the sister hotel across the road which wasn’t a problem we really enjoyed it in there this is our 5th time returning this year the only down fall was our heating was broke the staff couldn’t do enough for us supplied us with heaters and extra blankets that done the trick Gary the bar man hope I’ve got he’s name right the very tall guy he was absolutely brilliant and a real credit to the hotel we can wait to return to the clarence hotel thank you to all the staff

Very warm and welcoming. Excellent facilities lovely comfortable bedrooms. Friendly lovely staff. Beautiful breakfast. All in all superb.dog friendly my dog Rosie was treated like a princess.

Liked the all-round value and felt like it was a well run hotel. We only stayed overnight. It catered for our needs as well with my wife having a disability scooter. We have been yo do many hotels in all price ranges but felt that this one meet all our needs was well priced. Next stay in Tenby will be here again but for a longer vist.
