We stay regularly at Carnock, this was the first time we had a basement room. As always the location is fabulous, the room is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Good Wi-Fi.

Really easy to check in, clean and well set up little place. We were very comfy. Very good location. Definitely would come back if we are in Tenby!

This was my 6/7th time I’ve stayed in this property, unfortunately we missed out on a room in the front with a sea view. We were Self catering and everything we needed was supplied. There was Tea, Coffee, Sugar, and Milk in the room on arrival. Towels, Toiletries and Hairdryer, also use of an Iron and Ironing Board. The Temperature Dropped Drastically (-1) in the Evening and the Heating System was Brilliant.

I hesitate to recommend Carnock as I'd like to stay there again, and, selfishly, don't want it to be fully booked! Great location, well equipped room and comfortable bed.

The process for key collection is really straightforward and all the details received, extremely clear and helpful. Plenty of notices up with general information in the small lobby area on arrival also which is greatly appreciated. Should have been easy to collect the keys but sadly ours hadn't been left in the lock box as intended, so we had to contact the night porter which wasn't ideal but all okay in the end.

The location and hotel next door for check in. Hotel drink prices cheaper than around tenby.

Friendly staff at the hotel reception for the key pick up to the appartment. Coffee, tea etc and milk saches left in the appartment. Nicely equipped appartment for a few days if you wanted to stay in.
