Very good location, stylish house/studio, very good breakfast. The breakfast room was in a sort of cellar-like location, very beatiful and nicely arranged.

Amazing staff, since it is out of season we were the only one in the hotel so the owner made us excellent breakfast by our choice! The whole property had nice smell. Bathroom had heating in the floor and bath so that was very pleasant. Owner provided us with tips for parking and for dinner. Bed was comfortable.

Staying at Penzion Telč No. 20 feels like staying with your beloved grandma. This place has a cozy and cute vibe, and as soon as we entered the room, we instantly felt at home. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. We loved the pleasant smells everywhere, which made the room feel even cozier. Since the weather wasn’t great during our stay, we were worried about being cold at night, but the room was warm, so we weren’t cold at all. The location was also perfect.

Lovely, comfortable and very clean room with a beautiful view overlooking the square in a beautifully restored historic building. Good breakfast. Host very friendly and helpful.

Starting from location: beautiful old house in the main square of such a wonderful town. We had our window looking to it! Clean, cosy, very well equipped. Excellent breakfast! Good and efficient check in and check out. We will surely repeat there

Beautiful, romantic old world vibes, excellent modern bathroom, free tea, coffee and water, gorgeous view of the main square so even if you are tired u can still enjoy the activity from ur window, lovely fresh breakfast in the house basement or back garden, and above all excellent service from Zdenek who was always available to answer all my questions promptly and allowed me to check in early, check out late, and stored my bags at reception until I was ready to leave ♡
