The property is well situated in a quiet area between the restaurant strip along Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff Streets and the beaches. Public transport is also easily accessible. It is bright and roomy with aspects of the city. Having onsite parking and a direct lift into the apartment were additional benefits of this property.
