Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. The room was rather small but still acceptably sized and perfectly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the view of the sea is amazing. All staff members of the hotel were very kind and ready to help. The breakfast has been provided in the Hotel Opera Herbert on the other side of the street (30m walk, no traffic), and it exceeded our expectations. No meat has been served, but there were fishes, salads, eggs, cheeses, and also some other food like shakshuka and pasta to choose from.
