Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. I have only good words for Prima Hotel. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful at all times (day or night). I needed a high room and they gave me one on the 4th floor (out of 5). The cleanliness of the room was perfect. When my flight was cancelled due to the situation, I asked to stay at least one more night and the manager offered me the same room with a 20% discount. Close to the beach and downtown, coffee at the front desk, Prima Hotel was excellent in every possible way. I have been to Tel Aviv several times and will return to this hotel. Thank you very much!

Location is great, 1 minute walk down to best beach in TLV, close to many restaurants . Rooms are small but effective. We really liked the 24x7 water/coffee machine available in the lobby.

We booked 02 rooms,one in name of Mr.baldev and other in name of Mr.Rajeev ,We were traveling from India, and to be honest the location of hotel was absolutely stunning,staff was really helpful and sweet.The helping staff who takes care of cleaning was generous and very hardworking.Just to summarize in one sentence "HOTEL IS PERFECT TO STAY".

The location of the hotel is absolutley perfect, almost on the beach. I was traveling with my daughter and our room was perfect for the both of us. Breakfast was excellent and you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea view. They held our luggage for us after check out as we were only leaving Tel Aviv later in the day. An excellent stay.

The Hotel is very close to the Beach. You get free coffee and Beachtowels all day. There is a lovly breakfast room where you can see the beach. I got an upgreat for my room. Nice people there😀
