The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is 2 hours after sunset. Payment is in local currency at the exchange rate of the day of check-out. Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 18 years. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel where we felt very welcomed by all the staff. The rooms were perfect - comfortable, clean and well kitted out to include a small fridge. We booked the Friday night meal which was great value for money with a very varied selection of foods. The dining room manager was tremendous. The outside patio seating overlooking the street is a lovely place to spend some leisure time or take a two minute walk down to the beach if you prefer. This is not our first time here and we certainly will be returning. Thank you. Lyla and David

the Prima City Hotel is great. Excellent location - 1 row back from the beach. Very clean. Staff are both helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty. I experienced only 1 siren while there and felt VERY safe. I met Israelis during that 10 minute siren. I highly recommend to stay here.

,the staff were exceptionally helpful and we stayed for Shabbat Dinner so tasty and so much choice .Also breakfast and waiters were so kind . Location very good parking was available too

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is definitely excellent, with a great variety and quality! The hotel and the staff are very welcoming. The location is fantastic. It's situated on a quiet street, and you can easily walk to both the city centre and the beach from there. Whenever we visit Tel Aviv, this will be our place.

Thank you to all the staff at Pima City for a wonderful stay. This is such a well run hotel in one of the few quiet streets close to the beach. The facilities are excellent and my room (which was kindly upgraded on my arrival) was well appointed and modern. The room cleaning service was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was excellent as well with a wide selection of Israeli and continental foods. I throughly enjoyed my 9 day stay and will happily return in the future.
