The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays check-in is available only after 18.00 and check-out until 14.00 Please note that NYX Tel Aviv is a non-kosher property.Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.

My room was lovely, great bathroom with nice toiletries. A complimentary bottle of wine and popcorn was waiting for me. The staff were super helpful.

I stayed in most of the finer hotels in TLV and the the NYX is by far the best of them all. The staff are extremely friendly. They always commit to any of your requsts as the most important task. The reception present you different rooms until you find the one to your exact liking. There is a hairstylist, barbershop, ans a massage parlor in the lobby. You will never be hungry because the staff will not allow it.
