The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays check-in is available only after 18:00. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format. The breakfast was truly amazing, so many options and very suitable for vegans and vegetarians as well. The food area is very clean, and quiet. There are also refreshments in the lobby during the afternoon hours that made our stay feel very homey and lovely. Me and my wife have dust allergies and I can safely say we did not feel allergic at all because the rooms are very clean. The TV in the room offers free channels with movies. The internet made it possible for me to work from the room and the view from our room was amazing. The hotel is in the center of everything. By walking 3 minutes you are already at the beach and restaurant areas. We celebrated my wife’s birthday during our stay and I am definitely staying here again.

The Breakfast was excellent, the staff went the extra mile. They arranged early access to my room when I had been stranded at the airport all night. Everyone was friendly and proactive in making my stay enjoyable. I would strongly reccomend this hotel. It is tremendous value for money and in a wonderful Beachfront location.
