The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Guests under the age of 21 years cannot be accommodated at the property. Daily shuttle services to the beach & Sarona Market are available based on demand. Registration at the reception is required in advance.On Shabbats and Jewish holidays, you can check in one hour after the Shabbat/holiday ends.When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies will apply.During each check-in process a credit card will be taken for security deposit of 300 ILS per night per room.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I really liked the design and maintenance of the hotel, the cleanliness of the room and more of all the staff, very nice and always ready to help immediately. The hotel is also very well situated.

The breakfast was good, I would have preferred more granolla, nuts and fruits, but the bread was superb and the omelet excellent.
