The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Groups (reservations with 5 rooms, or more) requires Payment up-front. Groups reservations are always Non refundable. Groups are subject to hotel's final approval.
Thursday and Friday, the Check-in will be 24 hours.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The guesthouse is in the middle of Florentine District and also close to Levinsky Market and Yaffo. The Personal Statue reception was extremely friendly and supporting, Specials Jonathan. THX for having me!

It's a nice hotel/hostel and the room had a great shower. We enjoyed breakfast outside on the sidewalk where you see lots of folks walking their dogs. I wish there had been a TV, but we did have WiFi so we used our computer for movies.

Excellent location, the room was clean and tidy. More than a handful of coffee-shops, bars, and restaurants at a walking distance. Staff is very welcoming. This is not our first visit there and definitely not the last.

Great place to stay! The room is big and has lots of space. The shower is also large and very clean. The location is perfect—close to bars and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. I really enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend!

The perfect location, going downstairs straight to the bars, restaurants etc . Value for money. Clean. The joint kitchen is very convenient.
