I loved the service provided I had the most amazing two assistants Polina and Margarita who did the best job of making me feel comfortable. They let me know the timetables, excursions, meals and arranged any trips I wanted. I loved that it was clean and the mini bar was always stocked. The staff were so happy to help and the most kind people ever. I had the best birthday week ever and would definitely stay again. The facilities were endless and the activities so much fun even for adults the cinema, gym, beach, Starbucks’s you name it they had it.

I enjoyed the WhatsApp chat, two personal assistants who were always keen to help and they replied straight away. The waterpark was really good and the swimming facilities.

Everything! Every staff member went out their way to make our experience memorable! Me and my husband were on our honeymoon and staff couldn’t be more helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and the food & entertainment was amazing! Considering I have quite a few allergies I felt as if there was quite a lot of choice and each restaurant went out their way to cater for my allergies. The grill lamb restaurant was amazing! Best meal we had at the resort.

Everything was of the highest quality. The territory is so green beautiful and well taken care of. The food and drinks are amazing, there is a great selection of restaurants and bars to try as well as non-stop supply of ice cream! 😅 Our room looked exactly like on the picture, our pool was amazing, cleaned every day. The staff was very professional and friendly and helpful.
