The location was great - walking or a short taxi ride distance from all the main sights. It also felt exactly like I imagined Tbilisi to be: a yard with grapes and incredible hospitality. All rooms are beautifully furnished and it had an impressive library. A big grocery shop is right across the street, and a little local bakery is very close by.

Kind and helpful host. A cool location outside the touristy hub, but a walk away from the center. A spacious elegant apartment with a great upstairs porch. A 24/7 supermarket across the road.

I really liked everything about the stay – the place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was also great and met all our needs. The only issue we faced was finding the entrance to the property, as it wasn’t clearly marked. We recommend calling the host ahead of time to confirm directions, find the entrance easily, and arrange key collection. Once we got in touch, everything went smoothly. Overall, a great experience!

The owner is super friendly, helpful and welcoming! The rooms are clean and big (we had the deluxe 2-person room, it is really big). Bathroom was somewhat small but always clean and proper. Also the location is great, close to some streets with restaurants and bars. And there is a big super market across the street. We will come back to this place when we come back to Tbilisi again!
