Everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything. The breakfast was delicious. My stay was comfortable and convenient. They surprised me on my birthday. Everyone celebrated my birthday that evening. They also gave me a wonderful wine and champagne as a gift.

The personell did their best and showed high level of hospitality. The room was nice and comfortable. Availability of different kind of Georgian wines and wine design makes the hotel experience even better
