Spacious apartments in a heart of Tbilisi, rooftop terrace with beautiful view. It was quiet at nights, which was important for us. Nice and helpful owner. Air-conditioning is very good, Especially when it was +36 in Tbilisi it saved our lives. Highly recommended!

Location is great, it is the center of Tbilisi, just there is a small hiking up to the hill but cheap Tbilisi's taxi can help for little money And the best thing is the veranda on the 3rd floor, it is amazing place with a beautiful sunrise/sunset
