It was an absolutely wonderful stay at the property, spacious rooms match exactly as in pictures, special to mention Mariam was a super host , early checkin was effortless ,hospitality at the best, cleanliness of the rooms excellent, terrace at 5 th floor is a highlight, peaceful location , easy to access through drive and walk,

- interior is great - room and bathroom are very clean and cozy - dining room on the roof is a great place for breakfast - breakfasts are good too (especially with a great view on city center)

Great place, I recommend it to everyone! There are very clean and cozy rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains. We were received very warmly and carefully, the staff are very hospitable! Clean shower with modern plumbing, heated towel rail. Double bed, clean bed linen, towels. Gas heater through radiators, the house is very warm at subzero temperatures outside. Another plus is that the entire old city is within walking distance, as well as all types of transport, including the metro and funicular. I will definitely come back here again!

Stunning views from the balcony on the fourth floor, along with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The location is ok but not central.

Clean, good location (although do beware of the hill to it, but not a problem for us), strong Wi-Fi and nice staff. Price was fair. We were able to leave our bags and collect them later which was very helpful.

We Really loved the staff, there were very nice. They helped us with our late check in. The big roon was just right, very cozy and good view. Everything was clean and on spot.

the hotel is located in a really convenient area few steps from Sameba church and walkable distance from the city center. the rooms are spacious and have great view of the city. spotless clean. breakfast was tasty and fresh but the selection was limited.
