We loved the property and the location. The room was very stylish with modern facilities in a bit of a retro design. The tub in the room was a fantastic addition - a relaxing soak after a long day of walks.! The breakfast was wonderful with a very fresh and extensive spread. We were a bit disappointed with the staff at the breakfast service. We felt they did not understand our requirements and often came across as irritated and dismissive. Maybe it was a long day for them. They could have helped by asking for someone who knew English. We would recommend this hotel for anyone interested in design with the stunning Stamba hotel just around the corner. The place is very accessible.

The hotel design (quality materials, wooden floors, artifacts) creates unique ambience. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and quiet. I loved everything about my stay. I only wish I had more time to explore the bar and the restaurant also.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms with a small kettle and tea/coffee sachets (no milk). Friends asked for an ironing board and iron and these were quickly brought up. Breakfast was good, the coffee made by one of the servers was very good (latte and cappuccino). As a vegetarian there was a good range of choices.

Famous place. Interesting design. Very comfortable bad. Balcony is a nice room addition. Updated the room option at check-in to a larger room (without extra charge).
