Room size, city view, staff, Ms. Sofia (Reception Lady) was very supportive. She upgraded the room, given late checkout, and booked the taxi to make sure we were going to the right bus station. Very cooperative staff.

The personnel were very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the stay. I wish I knew that Tbilisi has so many hills and this accommodation was on one of them (compared to the city centre). I most recommend using cheap Bolt when staying here.
