It was lovely stay at Ornament Boutique Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room, washroom were clean and had warm water. Ornament Boutique Hotel was super close to all landmark of Tbilsi city.

Nice stuff, they allowed us to check in at 4 am. Were so welcoming, friendly ! We also met the cat there - what’s so cute ❤️

Hotel was fine and clean but the bathroom have problems in it we had 1 night stay there and the flush tank was not working. We have to go outside and use the bathroom

I booked it with a huge discount, and initially they told me that they didn't have a room for this price, but then decided to let me in. For $12 I paid for it, it was insanely good. And even for it's original price it would be worth staying

Everything was perfect except the hotel was overbooked and they send us to their other hotel, which was better:))

Location is amazing, a walking distance from everywhere in Tbilisi (I love walking). Very clean when you arrive, but they do not clean every day. Although it is cold outside, you do not feel the cold in the rooms ( I went in November) They provide you with everything you need on day 1, and you will not hear from the staff until you leave at checkout.

Receiving a guest in a hotel, Radisson can be ashamed. The colleague at the reception is a professional :)
