It is a great hotel in a renovated building in the historical part of the city. Rustaveli avenue with its restaurants, shopping mall and metro station is very close, though you'd be required to walk down/uphill. Friendly staff and comfortable room.

All was good , beautiful room , clean and big Also very modernised, NATIANAS was very helpful over the phone , She did her best for us , Also LUDA is very very fantastic lady at the property , she is very kind and helpful lady also she did her best too Thanks for both of them Definitely I recommend that property if I go there again definitely stay in same place , thanks for everything.

A great location <5min walk from Rustaveli Ave and about 10min to Freedom Sq. It's in a quiet street with plenty of cafes and markets nearby. The rooms are compact but more than spacious for a couple. Elegantly but simply decorated, the room has comfy beds, a kettle, coffee maker, a fridge, plates and cutlery. There are robes, slippers, and cosmetics in the bathroom. Communication with the host was great, we were given an upgrade, and early check in. Many thanks to Ludmila for assisting with this.

Everything was perfect. Location, the room itself. We stayed with a dog and the landlady allowed us to with no issues. When we were leaving, she allowed us to leave the baggage for a few more hours which saved our day, and then called us a taxi when we had an issue with this as well. 10/10

We stayed in apartment on ground floor, which was very comfortable with our luggages. Also bathroom is very specious, as well as apartment. Good choice for 3 people

Very cosy room and very clean. The location was peaceful and not far from little restaurants and corner store. Aesthetically pleasing room too.
