The amazing hospitality continues! Staying 2nd time in a few days they proposed to move me to an even better hotel they manage only 5 minutes away which was spectacular.

Welcoming hosts. They stayed late at night waiting for me after arriving late due to snow storm. It was clean, near the center, great value for money. The neighborhood doesn't look welcoming at first but it's actually very quiet and close to metro and sights.

Location in the very city center. Separate gratitude should come for owned - we arrived at 9:15 and he managed to find for us a room. While it was cleaned, we made a coffee for us. Very kind and hospitable person, it was a big pleasure to stay in this hotel - you relay feel like at home!

It is difficult to list all the positivity I have received there, because there were so many. The hosts (Emi and Giorgi) are extremely kind, welcoming and friendly people. They did their very best for the guest to feel comfortable in the guesthouse. They were very helpful, responsive, enthusiastic and positive. The room was very comfortable and suitable for even longer terms, than few nights. So I can highly recommend this place. The garden makes you feeling like in a very pleasant and soothing environment. Once more, book here and you will have a good stay in Avlabari District of Tbilisi.

the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. the room was clean and cozy. air condition worked properly, wifi as well:) the location is also excellent, plenty of shops and restaurants + 5 min from metro station. p.s. I also liked the inner garden in the complex, great to ease your mind.

Very nice and welcoming accommodation. Lady offered me free coffee/tea. :) There was everything you need for a short stay.
