saravtine “Wonderful stay!”
Amazing host - super knowledgable not just about Tbilisi but other parts of Georgia and travel in general. Provided a simple, but clean and filling breakfast each morning with fresh bread, Georgian cheese, fried egg, cucumber, tomato, and a large platter of fresh fruit for everyone to share (+ coffee or tea). Hosts are very accommodating for anyone who leaves early and will actually prepare a plate of food for you to enjoy before you depart in the early hours of the day. We had an early flight into Tbilisi and although the place was fully booked, the hosts let us store our luggage in the common room as we waited for people to leave. Took the recommended sunrise hike to Niakala Fortress, which was worth it. The hostel only 4 rooms: 2 bedrooms (one family room, one with the 4 bunk beds), open area with kitchen and living room, and shared bathroom for all guests. Single-use house slippers are provided for all guests. The bunk beds were very comfortable and clean and also had small lockers and key for you to use. We felt very well taken care of, so much so, that upon returning to Tbilisi we stayed at Maria's again.

It was an amazing place. Location is top- 10 minutes walk to freedom square. The hosts are great, go out of their way to help you. The room and the common areas were clean and tidy, the breakfast was amazing too. Overall, a great experience, strong recommend the hostel to anyone staying in Tbilisi.
