The man who works at night and day was very helpful and kind ,jazz has very good hospitality, as well as restaurant staff ,hk staff ,was very professional and smaily, I wish to come back again.pool, sauna very clean and nice , feel like we are in home ,thank you jazz

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were immaculately clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was exceptional - delicious and varied. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions like the "History of Georgia" monument. Every aspect of my stay was impressive - from the welcoming atmosphere to the impeccable service. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Georgia and would definitely return. A truly memorable experience that made my trip special!

Very prompt service and cleanliness. Hotel is providing facilities which no other hotels are providing like heating rod in bathroom and 24 hrs drinking water.

I am very grateful to the hotel for the hospitality! I would like to mention the friendly staff and their responsiveness, I would also like to thank them for the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is clean and pleasant. Good tasty breakfasts, fresh products. Also, we liked their homemade wine, which we bought at the reception. We also visited the spa in the hotel and were satisfied, a good sauna and a beautiful pool. We will come back again!
