I love everything about the hotel, from the staffs, to the rooms very clean and spacious, the breakfast was amazing, very friendly staffs from the receptionist Nino, the cleaner, the Restaurant staff Ada, I felt emotional leaving this morning, I'm definitely going back soon

Front of House Nino’s service was extremely excellent and exceptional. She was very helpful friendly and made every interaction so personal. She spoke to my mother-in-law and I like we were old friends, and she called our rooms to say goodbye when she knew we were checking out earlier than her starting time on our last night. We could stay at this hotel again honestly even if it’s just to interact with Nino.

The stay was great. All the staff at the reception were very friendly. We arrived early in the morning (3-4 hours before check-in) and the staff kindly offered us an early check-in. For all our requests they helped us and offered a good solution, thank you! We tried the sauna, billiards and gym there. The gym is free, everything else is extra. We were pleasantly surprised that we could watch Netflix movies on the TV in our room. The view from the room was great (towards the TV tower on Mount Mtatsminda). The breakfast was really good with a lot of choice and a view of the mountains from the terrace.

The rooms is clean , good value for money . The housekeepers make sure they clean your room everyday and they ensure you have everything you ask for anytime you call.

I love this hotel! It's the second time I've stayed there. The staff is always very friendly. They recognized me and treated me very well. I really liked the view from my room because the city is quite lovely. I used their well equipped gym and enjoyed their lavish breakfast. When I travel to Tbilisi, Georgia, I will stay here again.

The general experience. Breakfast is super nice, pretty good variety of food and tasty. Restaurant is also nice to eat in the evening. The staff is always helpful. Cleaning is made every day, so it's always nice in the room if you stay for a long time.

The reception staff was great specially Ms. Nino was very helpfull and charming. I could check inn early around 11am although check inn time was 15:00
