Location was prime. Really good value for money. Not all rooms are the same but I was quite happy with mine. Not the end of the world but no fridge, again you get what you pay for. Everything else about my room was 100%. The most Lovely woman Layla the host (mother of 4 brothers). I did book breakfasts and they were delicious and more than could be eaten. I was there end Jan, so cold season and still the "roof deck" was the best with almost 360 degrees uninterupted views.....magic

All aspects very good. Obviously all roome are different but I was happy with mine, not too small. Linen good cotton, nice firm pillows, Shower big and new, and perfect water, Layla, mother of "4 brothers" a wonderful woman at reception (plus other very helpful ladies to assist)and prepares a great breakfast, could not get through 50% of it. The deck on the top is just the best with nearly 360 degree uninterupted view of the city and surrounds. Five minute walk onto the bridge down the hill and 3-4 minute to bus and metro, most convenient.Value for money, this place is well worth the money spent.

Location was excellent, close to airport bus, metro, attractions. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff helpful when asked. Many eateries nearby.

Cute place in the most perfect location- 5 min walk to most sights! Very central. The most wonderful lady was working on the desk 24/7! She is amazing. Rooms were everything you need and the breakfast was incredible.

Friendly, clean rooms and good breakfast. 0-24 reception with nice staff. The panorama from the rooftop is the best I experienced in Tbilisi! :) Good location: 15 min from city center, 5 min from Avlabari metro station. Perfect price-value stay for backpackers in Tbilisi!

Very good hotel. Excelent breakfast, localization, all nearby, amazing staff. Girls of th breakfast. But the difference of the hotel is the recepcionist Irma. Nice and very, very efficient, The Georgian Profesional. Thanks, Irma.

It was more like a family home than a hotel, The staff was really nice and helping us in every way possible, the breakfast was freshly made for every guest at a specific hour which they had asked you the night before it was really good, also the hotel location is great walking distance to every where, overall we had a pleasant stay
