The atmosphere was nice, staff are welcoming and polite. Washroom had Shattafa which very great! My 2nd time staying in this hotel.

The hotel location is awesome with an amazing welcoming staff and ultra level services. They won't let you feel that you are alone here in Georgia if you don't know the language or if you don't know where to go or what to do. They will attend you in very good manner and help you with every possible way. Food is amazing, room services are amazing, staff 5 star. Location is most searched area plus only 10 minutes away from the airport. Everything is almost nearest from this hotel. You don't have to worry about the taxi or any other things that you require to enjoy this trip, they will do it everything and with much much much cheaper price from the outside. Their staff has been trained in such a way that you will always feel home while staying this hotel. Miss Flora (Hotel Manager) Mr. Gocha (Hotel Owner) thank you for everything, you guys are doing great and keep up with this. Best of luck.

Nice hotel with cozy garden in back yard, quite location with few minutes walk to metro. Very friendly staff, we got quick and nice support. Pleasant rooms with quite big balcony and comfortable beds. Definitely will stay again.

Location is great, hotel is very cozy and comfortable. We had a room on a sunny side, with a city view. It was light and warm. Hotel offers daily cleaning with addition of all necessary things: towels, shampoos and shower gels, water. Staff is exceptionally kind and hospitable. From the beginning they show us rooms and took into consideration our preferences. Besides everything else, breakfast was delicious and various, with all options: milk products, hot dishes, vegetables, fruits, cakes. It was diverse every day. Thanks to the service and making our stay really nice 👍😊
