We booked the suite and it was like a dream. Spacious, comfortable and the balcony with the best view !! It was walking distance to alot of the tourist spots and had wonderful eating spots near by. The staff were super helpful and kind. Very hospitable people. ❤️ We absolutely loved our stay here and would totally recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you to everyone at Aivani. 😊

All women operated hotel. Drinking water was available, which we liked the most. The location is great. Breakfasts were very nice.

Perfect location in old town Tibilisi. The views are amazing. Best location to visit all of the "must see" spots and close to restaurants and stores. It was exactly what we were hoping for and needed, especially traveling with kids.

We were looking for a hotel with a family room and this property offered that. It has an excellent location in the old town close to all the attractions, right opposite to the sulphur baths as well as looking onto the Meteki Church. If you are lucky to get a river facing room with a balcony, its amazing to watch the world go by while you sit on the balcony. Its a historical property which has been renovated and hence provides the modern amenities, yet maintains the old world charm. Buffet breakfast is provided at the restaurant next door which offers a very good spread of hot and cold servings. Last but not the least, staff are extremely helpful

Room, location, breakfast were all great. The restaurant connected to the hotel serves the best food in Georgia in my opinion highly recommend.

The facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to high standards. The breakfast spread was a particular highlight—well-organized, delicious, and offering a variety of options to cater to all tastes. I was so impressed with the overall experience that I ended up extending my stay by three days. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

The property is very central to everything. You can walk to most main attractions, lovely restaurants and touristy things to do around it.

The location of the hotel is just perfect, very close to Abanotubani and the old city, with a great view to the other side of the city and right in front of a taxi stand; the structure is very nice, in typical architetcture, the room was very good and comfortable and the price excellent; the restaurant next door is very good too; the staff are excellent, they attended promptly to some request; especially Mr. Amar at the front desk is exceptional, very friendly, kind, professional and helpful.
