The staff, especially IrkVali I think, I'm sorry if I remember the name wrong, was extraordinarily helpful. He helped me even during night with warming up food, opening up the dining area for us to taxi bookings and everything, the staff is exceptional here. The hotel is exceptionally clean, nice smelling & the rooms are super spacious... even a family of 4 with all our luggage we were very comfortable 🙂

Mr Irakli, the front office manager was a delightful surprise and quite helpful. The view from the room is stunning. Breakfast was tasty. And to top it all, there was a bidet in the washroom.

Nice little boutique hotel with a gorgeous view of the cathedral from our room. Only 5 minutes walk (uphill-- be warned!) from Avlabari metro station which will get you to Old Tblisi and all the sights in 1 stop, or you can walk in about 15 min to Rike Park/Freedom Bridge area. We booked this as our daily tours set off from near the metro so it was super convenient. Breakfast was fairly good and rooms were clean.

Spacious room and bathroom. Clean linen and towels, polite staff. Good hairdryer in the room. The hotel is in a quiet place. The hotel made concessions to me in canceling the second room, I am grateful for that.

The hotel was quite pleasant, clean and good value for money. Irakli at the front desk was outstanding.He really took an extra effort to make guests comfortable . Yanis was very helpful too.

Not my first time here, and not the last. Always welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Also the hotel is close to the center of Tbilisi, but still quiet.

A cozy hotel where everyone did their best to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We were given a large room, there was tea, coffee and water which was refilled every day. Impeccable cleaning, towels changed when needed. Good area with walking distance to the old town and the city's best shawerma around the corner. There is nothing to complain about, we warmly recommend this hotel.
