The staff is very friendly and nice. The hotel is overall well-appointed, comfortable, and beautiful, although the breakfast is quite difficult to impress. Overall, a positive rating.

If you intend to take bus from Tbilisi to Batumi then the location of this hotel is perfect. The bus pickup point is hardly 5 min walk from the hotel. As such Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are very spacious and staff is also friendly.
