Best place I've ever stayed while traveling. Super nice host, bestlocation in Tbilisi and magic mountain view right from my balcony. All my extra requierments, e. g. arrival at the middle of the night because of the flight, were met in a wonderull way. I felt totally at home at Family Guest House and I'm surely coming back!

Welcoming and helpful host (usually reachable and responsive via booking and/or other messengers). Convenient location in a quiet area. The room was clean, and the facilities were in a good condition. Nice view from the balcony. No serious issues during the stay.

Amazingly welcoming and helpful host who suggested to check in earlier if needed and stay longer. Great location in a quite but central area, amazing balcony with a nice view, clean and warm room (usually it's cold enough in most of the places in Georgia during winter, but that's the pleasant exception) with everything you need, good and functional shower. It was a nice stay and I'm considering coming back.
