- Great location: A quiet and beautiful street in the old town. - Attentive and welcoming host: Met me at 1 a.m., gave me the keys to the room, showed me everything, and explained it all. - Very cozy room and a luxurious bed: I had an excellent night's sleep. - Spotlessly clean, tidy, and fresh. - Stunning view from the balcony: I woke up early just to sit there before check-out.

the owner was very kind and accommodated early check in. the room had a very nice balcony and good airconditioning and the bathroom was better then most in georgian houses.

the room is super comfy and has all you need. view from the balcony is fascinating, great spot to chill under the cherry blossom tree. Hosts are very helpful and reacted fast to all of my requests. 24/7 shop is 3 min away by foot, and Fabrika district is also very close if you want to hang out, have some drinks or even cowork

It was perfect. Nice and clean room in a good locations. Grocery stores everywhere around and it's about 10 minutes by walk to reach the city center. The hosts were so nice and english speaking.

The Hosts are very courteous and nice. They were very helpful in case you needed anything. For example, we could borrow a wine opener to enjoy a bottle of wine on the balcony.

Ideally located, on a quiet side street but central and close to many good restaurants and a 24h supermarket. Not much traffic goes through this street so it's peaceful at night. The room was spotlessly clean, with all mod cons and had a lovely balcony (worth paying extra for!) with great views to have your morning tea. Very friendly, helpful and flexible managers: Late check in was no problem, nor was leaving my bag for the afternoon after I checked out. All in all fantastic value for money.
