What I liked about the hotel was its old and cozy charm, which gave it a unique character. The hotel personnel were kind and always ready to help, making the overall experience more pleasant despite the shortcomings.

The place is beautiful and decorated colourfully- from the front desk to the dining area. The rooms are also nice and warm. The team was so kind- they let us check in *much* before 15:00 (we adressed them on the time of our reservation), lifted our luggage to the room and served us complementary coffee upon arrival. Breakfast was lovely and varied- from small delicious pancakes to eggs and sausages. Coffee and tea is also good (and I'm slightly picky with those). In total, great place, highly recommended!!!

Nice location in a quiet area, but still close to a lot of things that you need to see in Tbilisi. The accommodation is cozy, serves amazing breakfast, especially the pancakes!

Reception stuff was very helpful, we are very grateful that they met us early in the morning and that we could leave our luggage in hotel, big plus was that they enabled us to check in earlier. The cleanliness is up to par, the location is quiet and 10-15 minutes' walk from the city center and sights. All in all, very good value for the price.

The place is cozy, beautiful, clean and has an amazing, helpful & cheerful staff. We enjoyed our stay a lot. I would like to thank Nico & Lasha for being super nice & accommodating. Nina who was looking after the breakfast couldn't speak English but did her best to serve us. Location was very close to everything.
