We stayed at New Betlemi from March 31st to April 4th and had a great time. The hotel is in a perfect spot — right in the heart of the Old Town — so we could walk everywhere and really enjoy the vibe of Tbilisi. Our room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The whole place feels warm and welcoming, like staying at a friend's house rather than a typical hotel. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast. Eleonora makes it fresh every morning, and it's honestly some of the best we’ve had while traveling. Delicious, homemade, and different every day — we looked forward to it each morning! Everyone at the hotel was kind and helpful, always ready to offer advice or help out with anything we needed. All in all, New Betlemi is a lovely little hotel with a great location, super kind people, and unforgettable breakfasts. We’d happily stay there again!

Great hotel in the Old city of Tbilisi; every point of interest is at a walking distance from this Hotel. Breakfast was so good! Even for us that we are vegan there were many options! I appreciated the cleaning - very accurate- and the silence- we had great sleep during our stay.

Everything is wonderful, the room is spaceous for a family of 4. bathroom has a water hose for the toilet (Shattaf), lovely homemade breakfast, great location in the middle of old Tblisi, and has a lovely view outside the room. It's located up the hill, not recommend for old people

The receptionist, with effortless warmth, arranged our early check-in as if it were second nature. The kitchen staff, gracious and attentive, ensured every morning began with a spread as thoughtful as it was satisfying. Housekeeping didn’t just tidy; they cared. Fresh sheets, replenished toiletries, an unspoken promise that this space was ours to retreat to, to rest in. And what a space—sprawling, inviting, wrapped in a quiet elegance that whispered of another time. But Betlemi isn’t just a hotel—it’s an embrace. It captures Old Tbilisi in its purest form: the cobbled streets, the soft, amber glow of history, the sense that time slows just enough for you to feel present. Even after checkout, their kindness lingered, holding our luggage as if they were holding onto a part of our journey. I’ve stayed in cities of steel and glass—Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore—but none have held me the way Betlemi did. It wasn’t just a stay. It was a feeling. A place that doesn’t just give you memories—it gives you something to miss.

The location of the hotel is top notch and the staff is very friendly. That being said, I think the pictures make the hotel look better than it is. Some of the facilities need updating - for example, the carpet in the room was quite dirty. That being said, it was a good hotel for a good price and it served its purpose for my short solo trip to Tbilisi.
