We love the location and the aura of the property. The wine, semi sweet red, is exceptional. The breakfast was good and varied. However, we had to ask to be served coffee, attention was very lacking from the staff.

The best thing about this hotel is the location! Its right next to the Liberty square and very central to most tourist spots including Malls, shops, restaurants, market square, Peace bridge and cable car point. The metro station & taxi stand is just few mins walk and right opposite the hotel is the Hop-on-Hop off bus point. The service is okay. They probably have the best Wine collection in city given they have their own harvest. They provide unlimited water bottles to guests, which is a bonus but need to replace use of one-time plastic bottles in the room with something more sustainable.

*Location is very good. Nearby everything. *Staff are helpful although sometimes communication is difficult because of language barriers. (I speak English and Arabic only) *housekeeping ladies are very friendly and polite.
